If you’re a student or a fresh graduate and you’re inquisitive to know more about the various options to start your career at MedTest, then this section is for you.

We offer different student and graduate support programmes. Whether you want an apprenticeship after leaving school, an internship during studies or a traineeship after your degree or HND course, MedTest Ghana is here to support you. We believe any of the above listed programmes will enhance your exposure to the industry and grant you the requisite work experience for your career advancement.  ​Choose your area of interest below and join our growing team!

Internships

Are you interested in gaining professional experience and insights into an international healthcare company during your studies or your gap year? This is possible with MedTest Ghana as we offer an internship programme lasting between three (3) and six (6) months. MedTest Ghana offers dedicated internship programmes and industrial placements in different work areas including but not limited to Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Administration, Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Public Relations, Research and Development.

As an intern you will assume responsibility for your own projects, learn to play a proactive role, get a first-hand insight into our activities and processes, and find out what it’s like to work with colleagues and many different stakeholders. You’ll have access to international network of MedTest Ghana and various options of workplace and off-the-job training for your personal and professional development.

• For students enrolled in HND, BA, BBA, BSc, MA, MSc or recently graduated

Traineeship

At MedTest our Trainee programmes offer you the opportunity to gain practical work experience for one (1) year after completing your HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree. We offer various opportunities that may include national or international rotations, rotation within several functional roles, or even entry-level jobs. As a trainee, you’ll work on varied, challenging, and innovative projects where you contribute your experience and take on responsibilities. In the process, you’ll benefit from the international exposure to senior leadership and the global network within the company. The programmes provide an extensive training and mentoring portfolio specifically tailored to your personal and professional development, so you’ll be well prepared for your future in an international company like MedTest.

Student Part Time Job

Want to gain work-experience while pursuing your degree? MedTest Ghana offers part-time jobs with flexible workload agreements for students in Ghana in various work areas. You’ll be working on innovative projects with different stakeholders and have access to the international network of MedTest Ghana.
